Registration & Scheduling

All registration is completed online. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

All programs run in 8-week sessions.

Class times range from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the program.
Younger swimmers attend 30-minute classes to match their ideal focus and energy levels.

You’re welcome to join the waitlist. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.

We understand life gets busy. Please email us if you need to miss a class.
Missed classes are not refundable, but swimmers have 8 weeks to complete their skills.

Programs & Levels

Private or semi-private lessons may be available when scheduling allows.

Absolutely! We offer Adult Learn to Swim, Fitness Swimmer and Aquafit programs.

We welcome swimmers as young as four months old.
The Swim for Life curriculum supports children of all ages and abilities.

Yes. Learning breath control is a key part of safe swimming.
Most children become comfortable going underwater within a few lessons, especially with encouragement.

Every child progresses differently. Learning depends on age, comfort, cognitive and motor development, lesson frequency, and ability to follow instructions.
Our instructors work to help each swimmer progress confidently and safely.

Levels above Swimmer 4 require diving and advanced deep-water skills. Our pool is 5.5 feet deep, so we recommend other facilities once swimmers complete Swimmer 4.

Class Environment & Safety

All lessons take place in our private indoor pool just outside Stonewall, Manitoba.
The exact location is provided after registration.

Small groups allow instructors to give meaningful, personalized instruction—building confidence, safety, and skill faster.

Yes. We specialize in supporting anxious or hesitant swimmers at their own pace in a calm, encouraging environment.

If your child is in Parent & Tot, yes.
You don’t need swimming ability or to go underwater—your role is simply comfort and support.

 

We maintain the pool at 80°F to keep swimmers—especially little ones—comfortable.

Yes! You’re welcome to document your child’s progress.
Please only photograph your own child unless other parents give permission.

Please arrive wearing your swimsuit.
We offer four changerooms and a powder room with a sink and toilet.
There are no shower facilities on-site.

Swim diapers are mandatory for swimmers that require them.

Please do not attend lessons if your swimmer is sick. 

Your kiddos will learn best when their bodies are well. Please do not attend class if your swimmer has any of the following symptoms:
● Fever
● Green mucus
● Cough
● Sore throat
● Skin rash
● Vomiting
● Diarrhea

 This helps protect other swimmers, families, and instructors.
 Missed classes due to illness are not refundable, but we appreciate your consideration of community health.

Swimmers with infectious or contagious illnesses are not permitted in the water, in accordance with Manitoba Health regulations and public pool standards.

  • Examples include (but are not limited to): molluscum contagiosum (when lesions are not fully covered/ when lesions are weeping), pink eye (conjunctivitis), gastrointestinal illness like diarrhea, fever, or open/infected sores.
  •  Open wounds, cuts, or sores must be fully covered with a waterproof dressing.
