FAQs — Swimmer Levels 1–4

Generally ages 5 and up, depending on comfort and readiness.

We use Swim for Life guidelines and instructor assessment to ensure your child starts at the right level

These levels require deep-water skills such as diving, which are not possible in our 5.5-ft pool. We refer families to community pools for higher levels.

That’s completely normal. We introduce deeper water gradually with close instructor support.

Classes run 30–40 minutes depending on the level.

Extra practice helps, but not required — swimmers progress well with weekly attendance.

Every child progresses differently. Our instructors ensure your child feels confident and capable before moving ahead.
