Parent & Tot

The Parent & Tot program at Ripple Effect Academy is designed to create positive, confidence-building first experiences in the water for infants and young toddlers. No — these classes are designed to support caregivers of all comfort levels. You’ll always remain in shallow water, and the instructor will guide every step.

This is completely normal, especially in early classes. We use gentle routines, songs, and slow introductions to help your child feel safe. Many swimmers settle in after a few classes.

  • Swim diapers (required)

  • Comfortable swimwear for caregiver and child

  • A towel and warm post-swim clothing

  • A familiar toy or comfort item (optional)
